Lake Davis

I took the wife for an afternoon of fishing at Davis.There were fish rising EVERYWHERE!They were eating a combination of blood midge adults/emergers and flying ants/termites.We landed a few on blood midge pupae and pheasant tails under a bobber and I had one grab on a dry that I missed.It was really nice to see a lot of blood midges hatching.I didn't see any damsels yet but they should be showing up soon.

Any size to be had? Or all the same DFG planter size that we've been hearing of?

A lot of small fish but there were enough 16-18"+ to make it interesting.Saw a few 20" fish jump 3 feet out of the water.
