no fish anywhere (no rises, no bites, none caught by me or by other fishermen observed)

little truckee/independence too high; prosser/sagehen good conditions; lower truckee - OK conditions - ~58 degrees at Farad. Warm air temp (~84 ), but almost no bugs.
