He also has some footage taken from the tow bar of the boat and a board mounted camera

What's with the halos in the sky? It almost looks like a fake blue was photoshoped into the sky or does the camera not handle contrast that well? Either way those little helmet cams are pretty cool. I've been planning on getting the Oregon Scientific http://www2.oregonscientific.com/shop/product.asp?cid=6&scid=14&pid=895 I think they might attach a little more easily. The Hero is supposed to have real good video and audio though.

Nice pics for a small camera. Looks like the south fork of Folsom Lake.

Scott,

No, Shaver Lake in the central valley. This camera was not the Helmet cam. It's the Hero cam without the helmet. I will be sending some footage from the waters of baja. A couple guys were out fishing yesterday hooked into a few wahoo, great eats last night.

The Hero cam has a 170 degree wide angle and can go to a depth of 100'. I understand they will soon have an upgrade so you'll be able to use a 4 gig card. I'm taking the footage I shot and down loading it into Final Cut and editing from there. You can do color correction to any video footage.
