Anyone wanting to fish the lower sac without a boat, let me know. I want experience on the oars and will row you down for gas money (from Chico.) I have a 16' Alumaweld drift boat with casting braces. Let me know vie E-mail or phone what you want to do. I can provide some stuff if you need it. let me know. I can't guarantee as many fish as RJ or Ryan miller or any other talented guides but we can get into fish. Not trying to lowball the guides but i want some time on the sticks and can't afford the gas.
