View Full Version : An unusual rash

Went fishing with Phil for the first time in quite a while today.
I noticed this really odd rash on his leg.
He said it'd been there since wading in a high country brook trout infested beaver pond late last summer.
Has anyone ever seen such a rash?
His doctors say it's incurable.
We should all send him our best wishes for a speedy recovery.
Ed

I think the tatoo artists put meth in the ink. Once you have one you get have to get several.

Hey, I did show Velda, so there. :p
That thing could cause you some trouble if it keeps swimming.
Good thing you weren't wading in Pike water.

Like Shawn said, "once you get one, you have to get several". Guess I'll have to put that Osprey on my thigh to keep the Brookie in check.

SHig...that was great.
I'm glad I wasn't drinking anything when I read that.
You should think about get a tatoo of a fly and try to incorporate your leg hair in the pattern. : ) All kidding aside, great colors and detail.

Nice looking ink Phil. I certainly like this one way more than what you have on your shoulder.:D But serioulsy that came out real good. I can't wait til the day we are out in our float tubes and your feet and lazily moving around in the water and a big ol' bass comes along and bites you.

Mik and Scott, thanks for the compliments. I go in mid-March for a touch up session, but I'm pretty darn happy with how it came out overall.
Since it's inception, my Tat artist and I have kept an open mind about putting a fly on there, as well as making it look like the fish is breaking the water to get it.:unibrow:
