$329 isn't bad for a fully waterproof camera. Canons take good pictures, too

Pentax Optio and Olympus both have small point-n-shoot waterproof digital cameras too.

Bill , thanx for your e-mail about this camera. I am SO FREAKIN excited about Canon's jump into the outdoor digital camera. I can't wait to play with one!

12 MP, 33ft waterproof, and 4ft drop-proof ratings are awesome for us outdoors people AND it made by CANON!

Looks good, but a little big (thick) compared to pocket-sized point and shoot digitals, and why don't they make these with RAW image capability? There are very few point-and-shoot digitals that take RAW images. Is the dynamic range with these considered to be too poor to bother with RAW?
