flow question

Can someone clear this up for me? compare these two links:

am i reading the first link wrong? how could the flows at bend be 28000 cfs and the flows out of keswick be 3500 cfs?

Click on the Realtime data link on the upper left. Then put in sha in the box. The format

You're reading it right. The flow at Bend is high because all of the tributaries between Keswick and Bend are flowing like gangbusters due to the storm. Cow Creek @ 7,500 and Cottonwood Creek @ 10,000, just to name two!!!!!! Runoff adds add up fast!!!!
