I just left a Business development meeting with Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce, they are taking the next step and forming a committee regarding the breakins on the American River parkway. They were read a couple e-mails of flyfishermen who USED to fish this area but now drive by or around to go to other streams. If anyone is willing to be part of this either locally or electronically let me know.
I did suggest torches and pitchforks but the general attitude was we would save those for last.
