I've found myself adding rubber legs to flies more often, esp. bonefish and smallmouth bass flies. I've been using "sparkle-flake" legs, but they're not particularly durable. Anyone have a suggestion for a more durable rubber/brand? john

Try a material called Flexi Floss, I have always liked this for rubber legs. Looks alive in the water.

I agree with easymends, flexi floss makes some very nice rubber legs... I use them on my stonefly patterns

Thanks. Hadn't heard of this before and it looks interesting, so will give it a try.
