I fished with Jay in La Paz the past two summers, and the TiCr 10 weight was the stick I used nearly the entire time. It cast LC13 heads to the moon, and had a ton of but to fight tough pelagic and inshore fish. This rod is GREAT. My Sage 1090 basically goes unused on these trips when my TiCr is along . . .

I know of a guy in Florida who uses his for tarpon, and he's caught some whoppers on his.

Someone should jump on this.

I still have the 7 1/2' 8wt available. Lot's of inquires but no checks. Like the other short rods that have been mentioned on other boards regarding short rods, this rod is capable of handling large flies in tight spots.

I'll repost the price on this rod. Today, I had a couple of people asking about the rod at the Pleasanton show.
