Fly Fishing at Avila Beach in Febuary

What happens in that area in February re fish that will strike a fly?

What lines, terminal gear and flies work.

That's a bit outside the local area of knowledge for all but a few, here.... :confused: When I was a SoCal guy, February would've been a good time to dig some clams (Geoducks) down there.... I imagine Perch fishing would be good if you could find some structure.... :)
