Aloha, I have an opportunity to go to Midway Island this summer. I know they closed fishing there back in 2002. I am going as part of an educational and environmental study group. I plan on bringing a 6 piece 8wt rod for some inshore action. They said they allow fishing for cultural purposes, and flyfishing is my culture. I was just wondering if any of you had been there before. I will be targeting papio, moi and bonefish. Thanks in advance, Mems.
