It's not really surprising though.:sad:

And, the Gov isn't making things much better by pushing the canal issue...[-( but, unfortunately, it's the cheapest water supply solution at the moment, even though it is not ideal for the fish. It could help the fish more than doing nothing, albeit at the expense of the south delta's water quality, according to an analysis released by UC Davis (PPIC Report on the Delta Vision Report). Hard to believe, I know.
