I was told in 1973 by my biology teacher that the 1954 plant had not worked and they had not made it due to the elevation being too low.

I worked as a back country ranger in the Trinity Alps Wilderness Area many years ago. Lived in Weaverville for many years.

There are bigger and better trout fishing options than CC Lakes.

I won't elaborate.
