Many headed for trout lakes now..........

Many are getting geared up for Eagle Lake now. November can be a huge month up there.

Others are headed for Pyramid Lake out of Reno, NV now too.

Terry Thomas and Sam Dasher are headed to Baum Lake and then to Eagle Lake for a week for their anual trip with friends.

I've fished Eagle Lake the last two weeks - just got home a couple of hours
ago from the latest trip. The fishing was awesome for numbers, but the fish
seem to be smaller on average than in previous years. Did get a few three
pounders, but nothing that topped four.:D

With Folsom lake so low, there are virtually no boats on the lake and even the few that venture out are limited to 5 mph. Now is a great time to take you float tube or pontoon boat out and have some fun during this beautiful weather. You'll have to walk a bit to get to the water but once in the water . . .
