The Hardy USA Reps will be at the shop here in Sacramento on this coming Thursday morning at around 10AM to show us their new products for 2009.
The new Hardy fly reels made in Korea are actually better than the one made in England at around half the price. They were able to use a grade higher of alloy and the machining technology and equipment is superior too.
I have sold Hardy reels sense 1965 and I have seen and felt these new ones and they are very fine.
Hardy and Greys of England are making a big push world wide with their new products made in Korea at competitive prices now.
The new Marguis Salmon #1, #2 and #3 around $300 usd is going to be hot for two-handed folks.
New Hardy Bougles are around $500.
Cascapedias are under $500.
