The A tonight

Fished the A tonight for the last 20 minutes of light. had one real nice pull, then a run and a jump and it was gone..left and had a beer. very happy.

When I was younger I liked to leave work and get a "gut bomb" at a fast food place and then head down to Watt Avenue for a "quicky".

It must have been wonderful out there tonight.

My 4 year old and I hit the A for last 2 hours of light today as well. I dead drifted caddis pupas and then swung a green butt skunk. My boy floated a bare #12 eagle claw below a bobber.
Cooper caught just as many steelies as I did. He had a Juice Box and I had a beer.
You're right...it WAS a great day.

that is exactly where I was, I could see the cars NOT moving on watt while i fished....made me grin a little to know they were miserable and I was not.

Being a good parent is one of the top things on my list.

My dad took us boys everywhere when we were little.

At the Denver Fly Tackle Dealer Show there was some new rods and outfits for kids.

I beleive Ross and Echo has some new ones.
