upper klamath

Hey Ya'll,
I've been thinking about trying the Klamath above Copco lately. It's supposed to be a good fishery but tough to hit the right flow. i found the flow phone number but that's real time and not really much help. A guide recently told me he thought wednesdays may be low flow day. Other sources have said its low flow in the morning till about noon.
Anyone know how to find out the projected flows in advance or if there is a day dedicated to low flow?
any help is appreciated
