Check the flows before you go and also check in with Ken's Sporting Goods once you get there. Keep in mind that Big, Big Browns get active in the fall on Twin Lakes. Think about packing a float tube. Have Fun and watch out for the bears. Had a run in with a big one last year in Nov. CRF huh! KTM for me!

Thanks that was part of the plan...the only time I have fished the walker was for a quick minute on my way back from tioga area. the back of my truck was loaded with camping gear so didnt want to get to far away from it...

Got to love the bears in that area but i would rather not run into that fella

Looks like a Robinson Creek blackie sniffin your pram!

On the way to the Walker, check out Kirman Lake for huge brookies. bring the mtn. bike and float tube. Red Lake and Silver Lake are doing well right now also.

However, before you catch the early morning bite, nothing beats the hot breakfast at the Village Cafe @ Upper Twin. They'll be open at 6am!
