to be used at a secret spot.
I'll be messing with a few color variations, but at the small stream where I will be fishing them it shouldn't make too much of a difference. Oportunistic feeders don't care too much if its wheat bread or white bread. Or wild hairs for that matter. :-)

I'll take a dozen of those, you can just put them in the mail to berkeley the postman will know where they go... good looking flies!

Mike, what material did you use for the thorax and abdoman?

The abodomin is pheasan tail with a copper rib The thorax is dubbin, with deer hair wing and hackle.
Tha tail is Z-lon or pheasant tail.

Excellent close up photography Mike.
Most flies that close up would never look that perfect either.
I can see any fish falling for that one.

Nice Job, Mike. PMD Quigley Cripples are one of my favorites too. I really like how you kept the shuck material to a smaller number of zlon fibers. I noticed that the pattern pic I put on my web site is really too heavy, going to have to re-do.
