I don't post a lot of fishing reports but since I read so many of other peoples I have thought I should try to post more. The Striper fishing on the Sac remains very good with a few fish up around 15-18lbs. The bit should remain good atleast for another month or so as the weather traditionally doesn't get to cool until the end of Oct. Trout fishing has been good to very good on the L. Yuba should only continue to improve. It amazes me how many people are of the opinion that Yuba is not fishing as well as it did a few years back. I have seen more big fish, healthier fish, and huge numbers of 14-15" (what I consider juvinille trout) than any other time I have fished it since I was a kid. Any how go fish it is a great time to be on the water.
