Womens wading boots help

I would like to get my wife some felt soled wading boots, but the problem is her shoe size. So if anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

In kids shoes she is a size 2 - 3 depending on the shoe
In womens she is a size 4

Last year I set my wife up with a pair of Chotas and Simms guard socks.
Up sized her from a 4 to 5 with the gaurd socks just in case we get her waders some day. And some day she might actually wear what I bought her :D

A 5 is way to big, when you think you have a small enough shoe, go even smaller. Her feet or so small, we have a hard time finding her any kind of shoes that do not have either Hannah Montanah or some other little girly thing on them. She has to get her shoes in kids size. But we will come in and try them out one of these days.
