Just returned rom the lower Klamath and fished above pecwan to the mettah. Numerous half pounders landed all natives. Landed One Jack Salmon that made a great lunch. Water temps just below 70 degrees.
I saw numerous adult steelies that were easily spooked. This year will be great up there since it is an early arrival for that many fish. Talking to some locals up there the indians are slaughtering the adult salmon in the estuary. Once the get there quota it will be our turn. Good luck.
