Weekend Small Creek Report

Bruce and I went to 8000 ft. to fish for brookies this past weekend. It was windy which made casting tough but we both caught about 50-60 apiece. Hot flies were the usual: parachute Adams, EHC, EC caddis. A Griffins gnat/small caddis pupa dropper combo was pretty effective too. The highlight was dinner on Saturday, salmon covered wtih a mixture of mayonaise, lup cheong (chinese sauage) and green onions then BBQ'ed, grilled zucchini and brown rice. Jeff C.

Yep! It was tasty and everyone I've prepared it for said that it was the best way they have ever had salmon. I could only eat half of my fillet and it was so good Bruce ate all of his. Jeff C.
