My Creek's Dinkier Than Your Creek!!! :D

On the way down to the SSFF club meeting, Chris and I stopped at one of our favorite Little Kern Golden Trout places. This small creek flows through a beautiful meadow, but the flows have declined to the point that most of the creek now can not be fished because the grass in the meadow has grown so much that it actually obscures most of the creek! We fished the small pockets of creek that were open enough to present a fly to the fish. Some fish came from open pockets no larger than a dinner plate! It was tough fishing of course, with the skinny water and skittish fish, but the challenge was met!!! =D>
