Anything to report on shad?

I've been really busy with work the last few weeks..........has the shad run already peaked out? From what I've read on the board it looks like it's tapering off and I haven't fished in about month and a half.

I'm curious too. I'll be up in Sacramento tomorrow and was thinking of trying the American that evening (Monday). I guess it would be best to try pretty far upstream? Sailor Bar?
