PG&E sites?

So last weekend my MC club took a ride up in the sierra's and came back down through Clipper Gap on the backroads. I saw two bodies of water that I did not know about. I guess they are Lake Theodore and Lake Arthur; both of which are PG&E resevoirs.

Has anybody fished these?

Is there a guide somewhere of fishable PG&E resevoirs around the area?
