Thursday Creek Trip

Went to a small "secret" creek between 1500' - 6500'. I caught and landed 55 wild ones between 4"-10", buddy landed far more. He had 8 before I landed my first. Most were 5"-7" rainbows. Weather was nice and it wasn't that smokey. All were caught on size 14-16 stimulators.

Not this trip. Saw several last week. Kinda purplish in color. Lotta bugs jumping off.

Great pics Steve. :wink: The flow at the pool looks a little skinny, like later in the season though. :( Have you guys checked out the smaller creek between there and the big one yet?
