I learned not long ago that the state of Rhode Island has a separate court of law for Fish and Game offenders. In other words, if you get a ticket for a fish and game violation, you go before a Fish and Game Judge who will most likely be less lenient than the CA muni judges and DAs that think F&G violators are a waste of the court's time and money.
What a concept. I guess it's too civilized, intelligent and sensible to have such a system in this great state.
