I figure that not everyone looks at the photography section, so i thought i would post this here.

My dad and i went fishing at Caples Lake yesterday, and although the fish didn't stay on the hook, we got caught in a snowstorm while we were walking back to the car. It was a very cool fifteen minutes because we could see about 200 ft, at most, and everything past that was completely white.

I managed to get a few pictures of it, so enjoy.

Great pics as usual Ben.

Timely post for me. I have a camping trip set for June 7-9, we were considering going to Silver Lake. Might have to settle for something a little lower. :(

We fished the carson river the saturday of Memorial day weekend with the same conditions. the water was in the 40s. Between the three of us we managed 4 fish, with a 12 year old girl catching a 19". She was a happy kid.
