Hit Cameron Park about 5:00 and decided I was only going to throw top water with my 3 weight. I came up with a new foam critter last night with really bright colors so I could see it better, it is a size 8 hook so I can get hard to see. Little did I relize it made it much easier for the blue's to see also. Fished til 7:00 and probably got about 20 - 30 blue's with the occasional bass every now and then. Even had a couple break me off, but since I take the barbs off my hooks, they came floating back to the top when the fish spit it out. I never lost a fly due to being broken off, they all floated back up.

Perfect shots !!!!!!!

#1 and #2 look to be mostly pure 'Gills , fish #3 looks like a Green Sunfish/Bluegill hybrid . And all of 'em OVER 8 inches ?? WOW !!

Great report Scott =D>

Nice outing Scott. Looks like the water was pretty calm with it being kinda windy yesterday.

Here is the little fly that got the job done. I caught all my fish on this one fly, I can not believe it is still intact. On at least 4 occasions yesterday is was 4 fish for 4 casts. I just hope it is as good tomorrow morning. I'll let you know.
