I think the Stripers are in many of our rivers now.

Looks like a real fresh run fish.

They are in the Sacramento, Feather, American and maybe others.

April/May/June is the big spawning run up from the Delta and bays.

The majority of the Stripers head up the Sacramento near Colusa every spring.

The are usually in the Lower American from April through October.

Shad are right in there with the Stripers.
