Upper Rogue Steelhead

Went to Upper Rogue this AM where it snowed from about 7AM till noon. On the way up saw two herds of elk with 25-30 in each group. My neighbor hooked 7 and landed 4 including a 32 inch wild male. I hooked 6 but only landed this 28" wild fish my neighbor is holding. Lots of snow below 2,000 feet on 20 April is hard to believe.
