From Secret River Today

Caught 3 fish today on a float trip with friends. This one wild steelie, a 12" trout (wild) and another 8"-9" trout. All were caught high sticking copper johns and lightning bugs under an indicator. Water was low and weather was nice. Only a couple other people. All together I think we landed 6-7 trout with many grabs/misses.

Great Pics. That river looks somewhat familiar. I don't seem to do very well there if it's the one I think it is. But I have not used my pontoon to drift down it yet either. Great job on the fish.

Thanks.............yes, that first fish is pretty 'studdly' looking.

I think we have lots of smaller river that we could float for bass and trout in Nor Cal.
