Silt! Lots of silt. Fished from the dam to below the Napa bridge. I saw a lot of ducks a beaver and a lot of what could be coyote tracks but no fish. Water level was very low and seemed warmish. I know I should probably buy a thermometer. Paul

How was the water clarity today ?

I would suspect it will get worse as the week progresses with the consistent showers.

I was out there on Monday. There was quite a bit of silt that poured in from the creek above the resort. Cold Canyon Creek (just above the bridge) dumped some, too, but not as much as the upper creek. The water clarity was okay. It's still a little murky, but it could be whole lot worse. I managed to pick up 2 fish on a #24 midge: a 19"er and a 21"er. I caught those fish in slow water, slower than most people are willing to fish.
