This from the press release in the Santa Rosa Press Democrat newspaper:

California's largest sporting collectible show is scheduled for March 7th & 8th, 2008

The Santa Rosa Fishing Tackle, Duck Decoy, Sporting Collectible Show is held in the heart of Wine Country. It will take place at the Santa Rosa Veterans Memorial Building, 1541 Maple Avenue. (Off. Hwy. 12, across from the Sonoma County Fairgrounds.)

There will be 150 or more tables offering quality sporting collectibles. Among these will be fishing rods, reels, lures and creels. Duck decoys, knives, books, memorabilia and art work. Dale and Ken Sharp from Southern California will be offering and displaying their great collection of Indian Artifacts. A featured event will be Paul Arness of King City, California who will be carving decoys.

Fly tying demonstrations by Charlie Schillinsky and Terry Fans, well know fly tiers in Northern California.

This is the 11th year Red Johnson has promoted this show. Exhibitors and buyers across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Asia have participated in this show.

Admission = $5
