Am looking to get a rowable pontoon boat for stillwater ONLY. Weigh about 180 so don't need a ton of bouyancy.

Looking for a reasonable priced pontoon boat that breaks down fairly easy. See that Buck's Bag is again making the Alpine model after stopping production for a few years.

Thanks in advance for any input.

I have the Colorado Outfitter Trout Unlimited model and love it. I can break it down and put it in the trunk "with the back seats down" of my little Toyota Yaris. You can find one for around $280 if you look around.

Hi Gordon

Most are buying 8 or 9 footers now.

If you are thinking light, small you might stay in the 8 foot range. If you plan on having to pack it any distance you might look at the weights of them all.

9 and 10 footers are for big guys and floating down rivers.

I would look at Buck's and Outcast for solidly built boats.
