I am sure there are Steelhead in all our rivers now. Maybe not "tons" but enough that if we fished hard for them someone would get lucky.
We have the lower American, lower Feather, lower Yuba and lower Sacramento that have some salmon spawning with hungry Steelhead and trout right in there with them.
There can be Steelhead in these rivers from September through May.
