I would like some general information about fishing panama city beach in November

November is a good month for Florida.

I would try to get out with a guide in a boat for one day at least.

Otherwise you can wade the beaches with a #6 through #10 weight outfit depending on what you have.

Take a floating line and a clear slow sinking line for casting alone the shore.

I would use a 10' #13 pound Bonefish leader with a #6 to #2/0 white Clouser.

Early and late can be best with low light levels.
