You can get a TFO Pro series for $139 new at the shop, it is a 4 piece and I love mine.

Doesn't seem like 3wt's come up used so often, so if you can stretch your budget that TFO is a nice one. I cast it, but ultimately I ended up with a Sage Launch 386. Really nice rod too.
