Hey Bill. While the bigger rivers you mentioned are open, please note that the smaller coastal rivers are currently closed due to low flow, like the garcia, gualala etc. The number to call for current low flow info is 707-944-5533. A couple of more good rains and it should be game on for the coastal river fishing. Also the South Fork of the Eel does not open until January 1st. Kevin
