Just talked with Tim Fox at The Fly Shop in Redding, CA.
He said the Upper Sac, lower McCloud, Pit River and Hat Creek were all good with very few anglers because everyone one is on the Trinity River now.
Lots of trout lakes are excellent now too.
November is big on Eagle Lake.
November is big on the Delta for Stripers too.
