I mentioned a while back how happy I was with Nautilus that they seemed to bend over backwards for me to fix my reel while I was in Florida.

When I got home and did my thurough rinsing on my reels, the thing started squeeling again, just like before. I called Will Johnson at Rogue Angler, and he set the process in motion of ordering a new reel from Nautilus. It took Nautilus 1 full week to even send the reel. 2 weeks after that, there was no sign of it. Will called them and they had no idea where the reel was. They are now sending another one.

I dont want this to sound like another whiney thread. Just a heads up on Nautilus customer service. I think it says a lot about a company.

And I'm going to use this post to plug the Rogue Angler. Will (willj) at rogue angler is awesome. He is the best flyshop owner I've ever delt with. He has kept this project on his front burner the whole time.
