9 ft Merrick era San Francisco Winston 9 ft fiberglass steelhead rod in very good condition with glossy blank and wraps, Bakelite reelseat w/o fighting butt, and only lightly soiled grip. In original case and cloth sack. This is almost certainly the 4 3/4 oz model (though my scale has it a bit lighter). It rocks with WF9F/ST10S lines and is underlined with a WF8F. From the color of the case decal I'd date it in the early/mid 1960s. The perfect retro winter steelhead/salmon/striper rod. $250 plus $15 shipping in the USA.
