No worries James, I am a 'Winston Man' to the core.

I'd like to think that one can't have too many Winstons, but my pocket-book says otherwise. :(

I have that exact same rod and in my opinion the best 9 1/2 foot 5 wt. out there. I didn't like the 7 wt. or the 6 wt 9 1/2 footers but this one they got dialed. Great half pounder rod!!

Half pounders and fishing the Lower Sac where long roll casts are useful is/was the reason I purchased the rod.

You guys are not making selling this rod any easier...

Yeah, not to mention it is probably one of the best all around boat rods for western rivers. It has the punch, the finesse AND it works... ultimate boat stick for river trout. And, when you get out and wade deep, highsticking is a real gem.
