Delta 9-26:Sturmer, we were supposed to be striper fishing!

Sturmer White, showed up to do some striper fishing at 7am. By 11 am we had harassed a number of dinks in and around Frank's Tract. Then Sturmer got serious. He was already on his third or fourth fly of the day and decided to switch to an iridescent blue over white Puglisi style fly, fished on his new 350 Rio line.

Here are the results, a 4lb. 1 oz. LMB, a 3 lb. striper and a 3lb. 6oz. LMB, all within 45 minutes. Needless to say, the fly stayed on the rest of the day.

I won't comment on what I put in the boat!

Don't be shy, you caught a ton of dinks and a few good ones also.
I never tried an electric blue fly before,guess I will tie a few now.
