I rafted the Wild and Scenic Rogue last weekend and floated by a few drift boats hooking half-pounders near the take-out by Foster Bar. This was maybe ten miles above Agness, so I'm sure there will be fish down there also. The water was very warm mid-day (~70*) so I would mainly fish early morning or evening. The guides were throwing big puff-balls or corkies in bright orange and were concentrating on the slow, deep riffles. I also noticed a few very bright salmon caught on the same gear. Good luck.

Thanks for the update. I suspect that in the next week or two with the cooler weather, things should improve.
