How about the Feather?

I tried the low flow section of the Feather last weekend, but got nothing. I saw some beat up salmon there though. Anybody fish the Feather lately? I kind of like the Gridley area myself, but the fish seem a little late this year.

I heard they were hold up downstream at Shanghai Bend?

The shad are still below Shanghai for the most part but just this morning the flow jumped to over 4000cfs. That's more than double what it was a couple of days ago running at 1700cfs. What this will do to the shad has yet to be seen.
