Me and a friend headed up to the North Fork of the Feather river the other day and had a awsome time. Lots of may's and stone's flying around at about 9 am or so. I landed 5 rainbows all around the 13 - 16 inch range, Lost a whole bunch too. All the rainbows I caught fought like hell jumping all over the place and running up and downstream, the bows there are just full of life. Nice and fat too. I was using size 14 BH PT's and size 16 Green Fox Pupah's. Turned out to be a great day. Here are some shots the trip.

This bow had a nice little hook jaw on 'em..

I love that river. Lived up there during my graduate degree AKA dryflychico.

What section of the river were you on?

Good times!
