Winds from the south again but it´s making the fishing better day by day.
Today was a great day for Kiene´s Fly shop Jr. or the real name is Darian Calhoun and Renee Seely. Renee caught a 35lb Wahoo. The feat was done on a spinning rod and mono.
Others caught dorado, pargo, and a mixed bag of species

Hey Jay, tell Darian that three wahoo, the largest over 50 pounds, were caught up at Mulege last week as well as piles of dorado. The fish are located about 16-25 miles out. This is the very first time I've heard of wahoo that far north. I'm afraid that between your trip and ours, Darian may need double shoulder surgery to put his arms back in their sockets.

Jerry,

They are catching at least a dozen or more wahoo a day here is La Paz.
This is the first time I´ve seen this many wahoo and marlin. We´ve had marlin by the boats daily along with the sails. The dorado are still a hit and miss but not many are trying since the wahoo are here.
We´re only 5 to 8 miles from the beach and catching all these species
